First child: Helen Grace, birthdate 5/24/02,
diagnosed at 28 weeks gestation, no amniotic fluid, born at 38
weeks-natural childbirth, was put on ventilator due to
underdeveloped lungs, passed away two days later 5/26/2002.
Second child: Josie, born in 2004, healthy, carrier of the ARPKD
gene-learned through prenatal linkage analysis testing at 14 weeks
gestation.
Third child: currently expecting third daughter due in late July,
healthy, carrier of the ARPKD gene-learned through prenatal
linkage anaylsis testing at 14 weeks gestation
